Return and Exchange Policy

Food Products

Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns or exchanges for our kombucha products under the following conditions:


Expired Products: If the products received are past their expiration date.

Defective Products: If the product was damaged or compromised during transportation.

Incorrect Delivery: If the products received do not match your order.


To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within seven days of receiving the package. You will need to provide the following information:


Photos of the product

Order number

Your name and contact details

A brief description of the issue


Refund Process


Once your return or exchange request is approved, please carefully repackage the item (including any promotional gifts). We will arrange for pickup, which typically takes 2-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items.


Coupons, Discounts, and Points


If you return an item, any coupons, discount codes, or points used in the original purchase will be credited back to your account, provided they have not expired.


Invoice Processing


The electronic invoice for the returned product will be automatically voided. By submitting a return or exchange request, you authorize Haijiya Co., Ltd. to handle the necessary refund, return, and invoice processing.
